Aldwych Partners was founded by Andrew Taylor and Nick Warren in 2013. Andrew and Nick had previously worked together at the UK Competition Commission and the NHS Cooperation and Competition Panel.
Andrew and Nick saw an opportunity to build on their insights into how parties can most effectively present their case to the authorities, and established Aldwych Partners as an integrated service for securing CMA merger clearance.
Aldwych Partners’ client base includes companies, private equity firms as well as law firms and corporate finance advisers.
